On August 15, 2024, Hunan Huasu High speed Ship Technology Industrial Co., Ltd., the founding unit of the International New Energy High speed Ship Technology Research Center, successfully developed an innovative product in the high-speed assault speedboat category, the "Water Wind Magnetic New Energy Comprehensive Power High speed speedboat". The speedboat has a displacement of 360 tons, a maximum speed of over 68 knots, and a maximum energy saving rate of over 35%. It is currently one of the fastest and most energy-efficient high-speed speedboats in the world.
