Two of 711 Marine automation systems passed CCS type approval

Recently, the HT-VCS11 valve remote control system and HT-LMS11 liquid level telemetry system independently developed by China Shipbuilding 711 successfully passed the type test and successfully obtained the type approval certificate issued by China Classification Society (CCS).

HT-VCS11 valve remote control system for valves, pumps and other equipment control, display valve status and alarm information. Valve remote control system can be adapted to electric hydraulic, electric and other valve driving power forms, can be configured according to the need of follow-up control, PID control and other control modes, with manual and automatic two control modes, can be realized according to the preset process of one-click automatic adjustment.

HT-LMS11 liquid level telemetry system can measure liquid level, temperature, pressure, etc., calculate tank capacity, tank capacity ratio, liquid level height and other information, and output liquid level alarm. The liquid level telemetry system can be adapted to float type, piezoelectric type, radar type and other liquid level sensors, which can correct the liquid level according to the trim and heeling value of the ship, and filter the tank capacity and liquid level value to reduce the error caused by the ship's swaying.

At present, 711 Institute has undertaken the valve remote control system and liquid level telemetry system of Dalian Maritime University intelligent research and practical training ship, Guoxin No. 2 aquaculture ship, Dabaihui aquaculture ship and other projects, which will be further promoted and applied on ocean transport cargo ships. By deepening the expansion of product pedigree, on the basis of the original engine room monitoring alarm system and propulsion remote control system, the valve remote control system and liquid level telemetry system are added to provide users with a complete integrated automation solution, effectively improving the level of ship automation.
